Delete account

In the app

Open Tellersonne → Profile → Account → “Delete account” and confirm. You'll be signed out, and your account will be permanently deleted after 14 days. Until then, you can cancel the deletion by signing in again.

Without the app

Write to support@tellersonne.app from the e-mail address of your account with the subject “Delete account”. We'll confirm the deletion by e-mail.

What gets deleted

Your account with sign-in details, profile and settings, saved recipes, collections, your own recipes, notes, cooking history, devices for notifications and your household membership. Comments and photos you shared publicly remain without your name, shown as “Deleted account”. Please cancel any active subscription yourself in the App Store or on Google Play.

Back up your data first

Under Profile → Account → “Export my data (GDPR)” you get everything about you as a file.
