Frequently asked questions

Does Tellersonne cost anything?

No. All recipes, cooking mode, the meal planner and the shopping list are free. Later on there will also be Tellersonne Plus with extras.

How do I share the shopping list with my partner?

Profile → Household → Invite. As soon as they join, you'll both see the meal plan and list together, live.

Does the app work without internet?

The shopping list and meal plan do. Changes are synced as soon as you're back online.

Why can't I see some recipes?

Your diet filter is probably on. Tap “Filtered” at the top to turn it off.

How are the nutritional values calculated?

From the ingredients and the German Nutrient Database (BLS 4.0) of the Max Rubner Institute. The values are guidelines per serving.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Account → Delete account. You then have 14 days to change your mind.
